Honey Mustard Vinaigrette

Watch me show how to make this dressing on TV!

It’s sweet and tangy and silky smooth.

This dressing is versatile and can be used as a marinade or a dip for raw veggies, I especially like it on a cabbage salad.

While cabbage leans to cooler weather, it’s ideal for summer because of its hardiness. Cabbage leaves are not quick to go limp even once dressed. Toss some cabbage with apples, roasted pecans, and honey mustard vinaigrette for a refreshing summer side dish.

Honey Mustard Vinaigrette Ingredients
1 ½ c grapeseed oil
¼ c honey
½ c white wine vinegar
¼ c yellow mustard
¼ c stone ground mustard
¼ tsp salt

Honey Mustard Vinaigrette Directions
In a large jar with a tight fitting lid, add all of the ingredients. Put the lid on tightly and shake until well combined.
